In early 1972 Youth for Christ sponsored a singing tour of various foreign countries for the group, The Mighty Wind. I served as a young 26 year old chaperone on the tour and spoke to thousands of people about the undeserved gift Christ offers us. One of the young women who arranged our itinerary in Brisbane, Australia was a vivacious, beach suntanned blond girl who was the assistant to the regional director of Youth for Christ. Our 10 day acquaintance during the team's time in the Brisbane area produced a telegram sent a couple weeks later from Hong Kong to this young woman asking her to marry me. The story follows him thru the various stages of training he went thru to become an aerial gunner, tells of the bomber crew he was assigned to and gives an account of each mission they flew. William Hall Catskill Mountains Minister is a biography of Reverend William Hall (1829-1878). He spent his life in the service of his fellow man as a Methodist Circuit Rider in the Catskill Mountains of New York, and at times in other nearby areas. This is the story of his dedication to the gospel and his efforts to bring it to those who would listen. Continually reassigned to new congregations every year or two, in the Methodist tradition, he served in Windham, Ashland, Prattsville, Roxbury, Walton, Andes, Bovina, Livingstonville and many other places. He was married to Sarah Jane Bushnell (1834-1909), and had four children, William Alvin, Flora Auguta, Sarah Kittie, and Leona.
